Screening of Drying Methods for Acorus tatarinowii Schott Based on Quality and Anti-inflammatory Activity Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effects of different drying methods on the quality and anti-inflammatory activity of Acorus tatarinowii.Methods:Fresh samples of A.tatarinowii were sun-dried,shade-dried,freeze-dried,far-infrared dried,and blast-dried at 50,60,70,and 90℃.The heavy metals,moisture,total ash,leachate,volatile oil,and drying rate of A.tatarinowii samples dried with different methods were assessed.The Coomassie brilliant blue method was employed to determine the protein content.The lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation model was established with RAW264.7 cells,and the Griess reagent method was adopted to measure the nitric oxide release from the cells.The anti-inflammatory activities of A.tatarinowii samples dried with different methods were evaluated based on the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,reactive oxygen species,lactate dehydrogenase,and catalase,which were determined by detection kit.The effects of different drying methods on the quality of A.tatarinowii were evaluated by entropy weight-TOPSIS method using the quality indexes and anti-inflammatory activity A.tatarinowii herbs as evaluation indexes.Results:The comprehensive performance of different drying methods for A.tatarinowii followed the trend of blast drying at 70℃>blast drying at 60℃>freeze drying>blast drying at 50℃>shade drying>far-infrared drying>sun drying>blast drying at 90℃.Conclusion:The best drying method for A.tatarinowii is blast drying at 70℃.关键词
