园艺疗法的发展历程及应用研究进展
Development history and applied research progress of horticultural therapy
摘要
Abstract
Horticultural therapy(HT)originated in ancient Egypt and developed considerably after the 17th century.By sorting out the representative events in the development history,horticultural therapy can be divided into four stages:the sprout period,exploration and practice period,establishment and development period of the discipline,and medical research and treatment period.Existing research has demonstrated the improved effects of horticultural therapy on particular groups of people's physical and mental health.This paper summarized the progress of research in horticultural therapy,including the main treatment object,the duration and frequency of treatments,and the content of horticultural activities.Here,we also sorted out the evaluation methods used in horticultural therapy research and compared their effects with whose of other therapies.Finally,the development trend of horticultural therapy was prospected.关键词
