中医药治疗心肾综合征随机对照试验结局指标分析
Analysis of Outcome Index of Randomized Controlled Trial of Chinese Medicine in Treating Cardiorenal Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status of outcome indicators in randomized controlled trials(RCTs)for the treatment of cardiorenal syndrome by Chinese medicine(CM),in order to offer a reference for clinical studies.Methods Pubmed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP were systematically searched.The data were extracted after screening the literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.The quality of the included studies was evaluated using Cochrane bias risk assessment tool,and the use of outcome indicators was analyzed descriptively.Results A total of 71 RCTs were included,involving 6 120 patients and 109 outcome indicators.The top 10 most frequently used outcome indicators were:serum creatinine(SCr),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),serum cystatin C(CysC),adverse events/reactions,CM syndrome scores.Conclusion The study offers a reference for outcome indicators in clinical research on the treatment of cardiorenal syndrome with CM and further clarifies the syndrome characteristics and pathogenesis of cardiorenal syndrome.关键词
