Exploring Treating Alzheimer's Disease Immune Disorders with Chinese Medicine's Sanjiao Theory Based on Cerebral Lymphatic Drainage

Abstract
The central nervous system immune disorder caused by meningeal immune cell disorders is a key step in the pathological progression of Alzheimer's disease(AD),in which the impaired cerebral lymphatic drainage caused by cell chemokine and chemokine receptor secretion malfunction is an important cause of meningeal immune cell disorders.In this paper,combining the theories of Chinese medicine and modern medical researches,based on the theories of Chinese medicine,"SanJiao-Ying and Wei disharmony"as the pathological basis of meningeal immune cell disorders and immune function damage,and"SanJiao-phlegm and dampness infiltration"as the material basis of the abnormalities of meningeal lymph drainage.The method of regulating qi and dispelling dampness was proposed as an important treatment for AD targeting the pathological link of"abnormal cerebral lymphatic drainage and immune disorder".关键词
