高速列车制动盘面温升对制动性能退化的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Brake Disc Temperature Rise on Braking Performance Degradation in High-speed Trains

Abstract
This study addresses the brake performance degradation in high-speed trains caused by temperature rise at the braking interface.A self-developed high-speed train brake simulation platform was utilized to investigate the effects of increased brake disc temperature on the degradation of the brake friction pair.Changes in the friction coefficient,frictional heat distribution,and wear morphology were evaluated under varying initial braking temperatures,revealing the degradation mechanisms in high-temperature conditions.The findings indicate that higher initial braking temperatures accelerate wear and performance degradation,resulting in significant reductions and fluctuations in the friction coefficient.At elevated temperatures,localized areas on the friction surface exhibit severe oxidation,peeling,and crack propagation,further intensifying wear.Additionally,forming a smooth friction layer alters the contact state,reducing the friction coefficient and exacerbating braking performance degradation.This study provides both theoretical insights and experimental evidence,contributing to a deeper understanding of brake degradation mechanisms and offering guidance for optimizing train braking system design.关键词
