选区激光熔化高强Al-Mg-Sc-Mn-Zr合金的成形工艺研究
Research on Forming Process of High-strength Al-Mg-Sc-Mn-Zr Alloy by Laser Selective Melting

Abstract
High strength and light weight Al-4.82Mg-0.75Sc-0.49Mn-0.28Zr alloy(Al-Mg-Sc-Mn)was prepared by selective laser melting(SLM)technique.The effects of SLM forming process parameters on the microstructure and properties of the alloy were systematically studied.The variations of density and hardness under different scanning power and scanning rate,as well as the microstructure of the alloy were analyzed in detail.The results show that the microstructure of sample alloy by additive manufacturing is characterized by overlapping cross bar-shaped molten pools and semicircular longitudinal molten pool morphology,forming a bimodal structure in which equiaxed crystals and columnar crystals alternately exist,and the narrow columnar crystals are surrounded by ultrafine equiaxed crystals,thus realizing the microstructure of fine grains and obtaining anisotropic equiaxed crystals.Under the conditions:laser power of 310 W and scanning speed of 1 200 mm/s,the sample was the most dense.The solid solution strengthening and fine grain strengthening co-exist,with the density 99.8%,the lowest alloy porosity and the hardness 109.44 HV.关键词
