基于多源数据的学科服务用户画像构建方法
User Portrait Construction Based on Multi-source Data for Library Discipline Service
摘要
Abstract
Academic services primarily cater to researchers in higher education institutions by providing comprehensive,multi-level,and personalized information services.These services are integral throughout the entire process of academic research.Precisely serving the individualized needs of different users is key to enhancing the quality of academic services in university libraries.User portrait is a virtual user model characterized by user feature tagging;it forms the foundation for implementing"intelligent"academic services.Academic service users generate a large amount of historical data that reflects their preferences and potential service needs during their academic research.The critical aspect of precise services lies in how to utilize this multi-source data to construct user portrait for academic services.This paper builds user profiles for academic service users based on a variety of data sets generated during their use of the service,including basic user information,learning behavior data,resource usage data,and data on user interests.By analyzing these user profiles,it is possible to fully capture user preferences and thus achieve personalized recommendations for academic services.关键词
