蛹虫草活性成分及药用功效研究进展
Progress in the Study of Medicial Components of Cordyceps militaris and Its Medical Efficacy
摘要
Abstract
Cordyceps militaris is a kind of valuable edible and medicinal fungi,which has been widely recognized for its remarkable medicinal effects.Taking C.militaris as the research object,the medicinal ingredients and physiological activities of C.militaris were summarized by liter-ature review,comparison and exemplification.The research results showed that C.militaris is rich in cordyceps polysaccharide,cordyceps acid and other active ingredients,and has various medicinal effects such as anti-virus,anti-tumor,immunity enhancement,preventing heart dis-ease and hepatic protection.In recent years,researchers have conducted relevant research in the fields of cultivation,molecular biology and deep processing of health food and medicine,and some new results have been obtained.In this paper,the medicinal ingredients,efficacy val-ue and existing problems of C.militaris were reviewed to provide reference for the development and application of C.militaris in functional health food and drugs.关键词
