The Logic and Practical Paths of Deepening Rural Reform from the Perspective of New Productive Forces:A Case Study of Xiaogang Village in Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
New quality productive forces provide momentum for rural reform in three dimensions:technological breakthroughs,factor optimization,and industrial upgrading,thereby promoting the system-atic integration of rural reform and enhancing the effectiveness of the reform.Comprehensively deepening rural reform can clear the key bottlenecks hindering the development of new quality productive forces,pro-mote the generation of new quality products,the use of new production factors,and the formation of new production relations,thus driving the formation and development of new-quality productive forces.The case analysis of Xiaogang Village further confirms that by focusing on the priorities of deepening rural re-form,promoting the systematic integration of reform,and facilitating the integrated development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries,the formation and development of new uality productive forces can be effectively promoted.关键词
