摘要

Abstract

The growth traits of different individuals were compared,and a reference for selecting Tilia mandshurica elite families and clones would be provided.Coefficient of variation and correlation analysis on height,diameter at breast height,volume,height under branch,branch angle,crown width,and stem straightness were conducted by using 306 Tilia mandshurica individuals as materials,and principal component analysis and the Brekin multi-trait comprehensive evaluation method were used to evaluate comprehensively the tested individuals.The results showed that the coefficients of variation for growth traits ranged from 31.62%to 99.00%,with the volume having the highest coefficient of variation.There were significant and extremely significant positive correlations between height,diameter at breast height,volume,height under branch,and crown width.Based on the integrated results of principal component analysis and Brekin multi-trait comprehensive evaluation method,twenty individuals(LT029,LT071,LT069,LT252,LT156,LT053,LT135,LT292,LT028,LT041,LT039,LT212,LT215,LT281,LT072,LT132,LT034,LT237,LT235,and LT035)were selected as plus trees.The realistic gains of height,diameter at breast height,volume,height under branch,branch angle,crown width,and stem straightness of plus trees were 38.18%,75.83%,206.75%,26.82%,18.17%,12.00%,and 61.39%,respectively.These plus trees could be preliminarily identified as the preferred mother trees for Tilla mandshurica seeds,cuttings,and scions collection.
