摘要

Abstract

This study employed steam distillation to extract hydrosols from leaves of Rhododendron mucronulatum and combines it with response surface methodology to design experiments.Sensory evaluation is based on factors such as solid-liquid ratio,distillation time,and distillation temperature.Meanwhile,GC-IMS technology is used to analyze the volatile components and dynamic aroma changes of hydrosols from Rhododendron mucronulatum lea-ves.The results indicate that a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶6(g∶mL),distillation time of 45 minutes,and distillation temperature of 115 ℃ resulted in the highest sensory score.A total of 20 volatile components were detected,with alcohols as the dominant species,followed by aldehydes,acids,ketones,benzenes,and esters.
