Abstract
Using Raman Spectroscopy to establish a data model for rapid detection technology of PBAT doped composites,the most widely used biodegradable material.By preparing PBAT standard samples and PBAT composite degradable standard samples,two typical machine learning algorithm models,Support Vector Machine(SVM)and Extreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost),are established with high efficiency and accuracy.These models have strong generalization ability and noise resistance while effectively processing high-dimensional spectral data features.Using the Savitzky-Golay filtering algorithm to continuously train and optimize the model,eliminate noise,and ensure consistency in the scale of features from different di-mensions,a comprehensive analysis is conducted to develop a PBAT degradation plastic Raman Spectrosco-py classification model based on SVM and XGBoost.The recognition accuracy of both models is>90%(92.3%and 96.2%),and ROC curve analysis shows extremely high classification reliability.Investigating the spectral effects of different ratios of inorganic excipients,organic excipients and degradable plastic products on PBAT simultaneously,the rapid identification and detection of PBAT degradable plastics is achieved.关键词
