Research on the Application Performance of Fiber Composite Materials for Sports Equipment

Abstract
In order to improve the tensile,bending,and dynamic thermal mechanical properties of fiber com-posite materials for sports equipment,a certain proportion of carbon fiber(CF)is added to the fiber com-posite material.The influence of carbon fiber addition on the mechanical properties of polyamide fiber-1(PF)/polyamide copolymer(coPA)composite materials is investigated,and the fracture morphology is ob-served.The results show that when CF is used instead of partial PF in composite materials,as the volume substitution of CF gradually increases from 5%to 20%,the tensile strength of fiber composite materials at room temperature in the 0° direction gradually increases,the tensile strength and modulus at room temper-ature in the 90° direction,as well as bending strength and modulus of the fiber composite materials,show an initial increase followed by a decrease,and when the volume addition of carbon fiber is 10%,the tensile strength,bending strength,and modulus at room temperature in the 90° direction are the highest.At the same temperature,the highest storage modulus in tensile mode is CF-PF(10∶10)/coPA,while the storage modulus of PF20/coPA composite material without added carbon fiber is the lowest.Therefore,the appro-priate volume addition of carbon fiber in fiber composite materials for sports equipment is 10%.关键词
