摘要

Abstract

In order to prepare a self-cleaning colored radiative cooling coated fabric,cotton fabric was se-lected as the base material.Pigment particles modified by fluorosilane and tetraethyl silicate were used to finish cotton fabric with highly reflective epoxy coating.The microtopography and chemical composition of the prepared fabric were analyzed,and the influence of high reflective epoxy coatings with different coating amounts on the so-lar reflection and mid-infrared emission characteristics of the coated fabric were investigated.The cooling proper-ties,self-cleaning properties and color fastness were evaluated.The results demonstrated that compared with the original cotton fabric,the prepared fabric achieved an average solar reflectivity of 87.2%and an average mid-infrared emissivity of 90.7%.Under direct sunlight,the temperatures of the yellow radiative cooling coated fab-ric could be reduced by up to 6.2℃and 3.7℃respectively compared with those of yellow fabric and original cotton fabric.The static water contact angle of the coated fabric was 150.1±0.2°,and the contact angles after washing and friction test were 149.5±0.2° and 144.8±0.3° respectively,which had good self-cleaning perform-ance and color fastness.
