Abstract
In view of the existing problems in the current flocs performance evaluation standards,the influ-ence of quilted flocs washing times on its structural properties was studied in order to put forward suggestions on the sample preparation method for flocs performance evaluation.The thickness,thermal resistance,compressive performance,air permeability and moisture permeability of the washed samples were tested,and the analysis showed that the number of washes had a significant impact on the structural properties of the flocs,and the varia-tion laws of the thickness per unit areal density and the thermal resistance per unit areal density were not consist-ent with those of the unwashed flocs,indicating that the initial flocs as the sample could not truly reflect their ac-tual application performance.Considering the performance and cost of the flocs,it was recommended that when evaluating the flocs performance,the flocs should be quilted and washed 15～17 times to make a sample and then tested in accordance with the current relevant standards.关键词
