酶促油桐果壳植物染料的制备及其对羊毛的染色性能
Preparation of Enzyme-promoted Plant Dyes from Oil Tung Fruit Shell and Their Dyeing Properties on Wool

Abstract
Firstly,natural plant dyes were extracted from the oil tung fruit shell as the substrate of enzymatic reaction,and its catalytic oxidation was carried out by using laccase,and the process parameters such as laccase dosage,pH value,temperature and time were optimized to analyze the mechanism of enzymatic reaction.The in-fluence of pH value,temperature,time and dye dosage on the dyeing effect of wool was investigated.The results showed that laccase oxidized the hydroxyl group in oil tung fruit plant dyes to form ether bonds,which led to pol-ymerization of dyes and increased the K/S value of wool fabric dyeing from 15.41 to 20.02,and the fastness to soaping improved by half a grade.The suitable enzymatic process was as follows:dye 10 g/L,laccase 10 g/L,pH value 5,temperature 50℃,time 120 min.The suitable dyeing process was as follows:pH value 3,tempera-ture 95℃,time 60 min.关键词
