摘要

Abstract

In this paper,cotton fabric was taken as the substrate,selective deposition of copper nanoparticles on cotton fabric was achieved by combining screen printing technology and electroless copper plating technology,and then the cotton-based conductive and heating material with specific patterns and conductive and heating properties were prepared.The surface resistance of the material was measured by four probe method,and the effects of initial silver nitrate dosage,acrylic thickener dosage,scratching times,electroless copper plating tem-perature and electroless copper plating time on the electrical conductivity and pattern clarity of the material were investigated.The surface morphology of the conductive and heating material was observed by scanning electron microscope.The heating temperature of the energized material was observed by infrared imager.The results indica-ted that the material prepared under the conditions of an initial silver nitrate dosage of 2 g/L,an acrylic thickener dosage of 50 g/L,two printing scratches,and a 6 h electroless copper plating process at 40℃exhibited superior properties,with a sheet resistance as low as 0.227 Ω/sq and a clearly defined pattern.The prepared material could be heated to 71.1℃at 1.5V voltage for 120 s.After the cycle for 120 s under the conditions of bending,twisting,finger joint bending and wrist upward bending respectively,the material showed good cycle stability.
