椰子油开松预处理试剂的制备与研究

Abstract
Coconut oil was used as the oil phase,deionized water as the aqueous phase,and Span 80,Tween 80 and primary alcobol ethoxylate as the emulsifiers to obtain waste polyester/cotton fabrics opening pre-treating oil agent by the inversion emulsifying method.The effects of oil phase types,emulsifier types and oil-e-mulsion ratios on the performance of the emulsion were investigated and its application performance in the waste fabrics was studied.The results showed that a compound emulsifier was formed when the mass ratio of AEO-3,TWEEN80 and SPAN80 was 7:2:1,and the coconut oil was emulsified in the ratio of 1:1,the stability of the so-lution prepared under this condition was the best,and it could effectively reduce the force required to pull the yarn out of the fabric while ensuring the tensile property and whiteness of the fabric,improve the wrinkle resist-ance of the fabric and provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent opening and recovery of the fabric.关键词
