饲草种植利用对宁夏灌区盐渍化土壤古菌群落结构及多样性的影响
The effect of different forage plantings on the structure and diversity of archaeal communities in saline soil of the Ningxia irrigation area

Abstract
To investigate the effects of forage cultivation on archaeal communities in salinized soils,macrogenome sequencing technology was used to assess the community structure and diversity under four types of forage crops:alfalfa(Medicago sativa),sweet sorghum(Sorghum bicolor),maize(Zea mays),and Hunan millet(Echinochloa crusgalli)in the Yinbei Irrigation District,Ningxia,China.A total of 297 archaeal OTUs were detected in the soils from the four forage plots,representing seven phyla,seven classes,15 orders,18 families,75 genera,and 297 species.The total number of archaeal species and the number of endemic species followed the trend:sweet sorghum>alfalfa>maize>Hunan millet.The Simpson,Chao1,Shannon,and ACE indices of archeal diversity changed in the order:Hunan millet>sweet sorghum>maize>alfalfa.Significant differences in the Simpson,Chao1,and ACE indices were observed between alfalfa and Hunan millet.The dominant phyla were Crenarchaeota(51.50%),Euryarchaeota(19.85%),and Thaumarchaeota(17.10%).The dominant genera included Candidatus Nitrosocosmicus(5.50%),Halalcalcoccus(4.78%),Nitrosarchaeum(6.73%),Natronoccus(2.77%),Metanosarcina(3.09%),and Haloprofund(2.07%).Hunan millet(HNM)planting increased the relative abundance of Candidatus Nitrosocosmicus(7.77%),Nitrosarchaeum(17.26%),and Metanosarcina(7.91%);sweet sorghum planting increased the abundance of Halalkalicoccus(15.47%),while maize planting increased the abundance of Haloprofundus(3.28%).Soil total salt(TS),organic matter(OM),total nitrogen(TN),available nitrogen(AN),and total phosphorus(TP)were the main environmental factors influencing the relative abundance of soil archaeal communities.Therefore,forage planting plays a significant role in improving the quality of salinized soils,optimizing regional planting structures,and enhancing soil ecosystem stability.关键词
