纳米TiO2再生骨料透水混凝土耐久性试验研究
Experimental Study on Durability of Nano-TiO2 Recycled Aggregates Permeable Concrete

Abstract
To investigate the effects of replacement rates of recycled coarse aggregates(0%,30%,50%,70%,100%)and mass fractions of nano-TiO2(0%,5%,10%)on the frost resistance of nano-TiO2 recycled aggregate permeable concrete,the internal material element composition and microstructure of nano-TiO2 recycled aggregate permeable concrete under different freeze-thaw conditions are analyzed using scanning e-lectron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)techniques.The results show that when the mass substitution rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 30%and the mass fraction of nano-TiO2 is 10%,the specimen exhibits the optimal frost resistance,with a compressive strength of 26.38 MPa.After 80 freeze-thaw cycles,the relative dynamic elastic modulus remains at 66.96%.The relationships between the mass substitution rate of recycled coarse aggregate,the mass fraction of nano-TiO2,continuous porosi-ty,permeability coefficient,and freeze-thaw cycles are established using quadratic functions.Microscopic a-nalysis confirms that nano-TiO2 can effectively fill cracks and suppress their propagation,and EDS detec-tion of the presence of Ti element verifies that nano-TiO2 can stably fix in concrete.This provides a refer-ence for improving the durability of recycled aggregate permeable concrete.关键词
