摘要

Abstract

To improve the performance of the body-in-white automobiles and their overall weights,the cost of the flooring materials,processes and structures of the body-in-white automobiles have to be reduced.Based on the failure criterion of composite materials,an optimal design method of partitioned carbon fiber composite floor is proposed.First,the static performance analysis model of the body-in-white vehicles is built,and the correctness of the model is verified by experiments.Then,the quasi-static performance test of T700/WP-R2300 is conducted,and the mechanical properties of the carbon fiber composite material are determined.Finally,the carbon fiber padding is optimized by free size optimization,ply thickness optimization and ply sequence optimization.Comparative analysis shows the bending stiffness of the middle floor of the carbon fiber composite material is increased by 208.8%,the torsional stiffness is up by 111.4%,and the weight of the middle floor is down by 40%after optimization.The bending stiffness of the floor rises by 5.9%,the torsional stiffness by 10.5%,and the first-order bending frequency and torsional frequency is up by 9.0%and 10.8%respectively.
