摘要

Abstract

To study the influence of anisotropy of aluminum alloy and Bauschinger behavior on springback prediction,the anisotropy parameters of 6061-T6 material are measured to assess the impact of different anisotropy yield criteria on the springback prediction accuracy.Different flow stress models are compared and analyzed to obtain suitable flow stress models and model parameters.Then,tensile compression tests with different prestress variables are conducted to obtain the Bauschinger behavior curve of aluminum alloy.The Bauschinger behavior becomes markedly more pronunced with the increase of prestress variables.Meanwhile,the test curve is fitted and calculated to obtain the Yoshida-Uemori hardening model parameters.LS-DYNA software is employed to compare and analyze the accuracy of different material models in predicting the tensile compression curve of 6061 aluminum alloy.The experimental springback angle is obtained by V-shaped stamping test,which is compared with the finite element simulation to verify the springback accuracy predicted by different material models.Results show the Yoshida-Uemori hardening model considering Bauschinger's behavior improves the prediction accuracy of springback,which may provide some insights into the design and production of stamping parts.
