The Application of Grouting Technology in the Treatment of Building Crack Leakage

Abstract
The problem of building crack leakage seriously affects the durability and use function of the structure.Especially in key projects such as subway stations,the effect of the traditional repair methods is limited.The paper takes a subway station in Jining City,Shandong Province as the research object.Aiming at the problem of building crack leakage,the grouting technology is adopted for repair and treatment.During the implementation of grouting technology,a composite grouting material scheme was studied and proposed for different types of crack leakage,and the quality of the grouting materials was strictly inspected to ensure that the grouting materials used met the requirements of relevant standards and specifications.The results show that after the grouting construction,the leakage area was significantly reduced,and the leakage areas of all 10 leakage points were greatly reduced to a relatively low level.The studies show that grouting technology is an efficient and reliable means for the treatment of building crack leakage,which can effectively reduce the risk of leakage and ensure structural safety.关键词
