蓬莱气区超深井井身结构优化及钻井提速技术
Optimization of Wellbore Structure and Drilling Speed Enhancement Techniques for Ultra-Deep Wells in Penglai Gas Area

Abstract
In the Penglai gas area of the Sichuan Basin,multiple sets of strata are encountered during drilling,and the geological conditions are complex.In the early stage of exploration,due to insufficient geological understand-ing,the drilling engineering faced multiple technical problems:high and low pressures coexisted in the same open-hole well section,and drilling failures occurred frequently;The large-sized wellbore drilling tools on the surface vi-brate greatly and the mechanical drilling rate is low.It is difficult to safely insert large-sized casings.To address to the above problems,a three-pressure profile of the formation is established based on logging data,and the wellbore structure is optimized in combination with the complex underground conditions.Meanwhile,based on the litholog-ical characteristics of the formation,the following three types of key technologies are conducted:1)Optimizing the combination of large-sized wellbore drill tools;2)Developing high-abrasion-resistant multi-faceted PDC bits for the sandstone of the Xujiahe Formation;3)Developing supporting technologies for vertical drilling of gypsum layers to achieve both the synergy of anti-deviation and speed increase.The application effect of this technology series in five wells is remarkable:The average drilling cycle of large-sized wells is shortened by 105 d;The mechanical drilling rate of the difficult-to-drill strata in the Xujiahe Formation has increased by 29%.The drilling cycle of the gypsum-bearing strata in the Leikoupo Formation-Jialingjiang Formation was shortened by 18 d.This research eventually formed a drilling acceleration technology system applicable to 8 000 m ultra-deep wells in the Penglai gas area,pro-viding technical support for the exploration and development of ultra-deep oil and gas in the Sichuan Basin.Addi-tionally,it can provide a reference for efficient and safe drilling of similar ultra-deep wells in China.关键词
