Abstract

In view of the problem of construction cracks in concrete structures of industrial and civil buildings,the paper introduces the self-healing microcapsule technology.This technology uses microcapsules with urea-formaldehyde as the shell and epoxy resin as the core material,and then prepares specimens in combination with the specific raw materials.The experimental results show that when the volume dosage of microcapsules is 1.5%,the content of core materials increases from 55%to 70%,and the 14-day compressive strength of mortar improves significantly.In terms of crack repair,with the increase of core material content,the repair value and recovery rate of mortar compressive strength increase.When the core material content is 70%,the recovery rate far exceeds that of the control group.This indicates that the self-healing microcapsule technology can effectively enhance the compressive strength and crack repair capacity of mortar,providing a new approach for the prevention and treatment of concrete cracks in industrial and civil buildings,and has wide application potential in improving building quality and extending the service life of structures.
