This paper delves into the specific application of refined design management in the project of Fujian Zhanglong Headquarters Economic Building and its pivotal role in enhancing engineering quality and controlling construction schedule.Through engineering cases,it elaborates on the implementation strategies of refined design management,including innovative design concepts,rigorous design processes,and high-standard design management models.These practices highlight a highly focus on details and an unwavering pursuit of excellence in engineering quality.Detailed analysis reveals that refined design management can improve engineering quality,effectively control costs,shorten construction periods,and make greater contributions to enhancing quality and efficiency for enterprises,and improve the market competitiveness of the enterprises.On this basis,the paper summarizes the successful experiences and positive outcomes achieved in this project,providing valuable references and insights for the implementation of refined design management in similar projects.This helps the peers better adopt and implement the refined design concept,thereby achieving dual optimization and enhancement of engineering quality and economic benefits.关键词
