摘要
Abstract
In view of the challenges of multi-work cross-operation and high-altitude precision control in the construction of super high-rise commercial complex, this paper proposes BIM-based construction technology and fine management strategies for the on-site construction.Through the establishment of 3D visualization models, parametric node design, and construction simulation, combined with hybrid network monitoring and dynamic optimization, the synergistic improvements in construction quality, efficiency, safety, and low-carbon performance are achieved. The experiment shows that the rework rate of the research method is reduced to 2.15%,the schedule deviation is controlled within±3 days, the utilization rate of large equipment reaches 89.24%,the labor cost overrun rate and the carbon emission rate are reduced by 36.28%and 11.22%,respectively,and the construction quality qualification rate reaches 97.24%,and the wastage rate is only 3.74%.The results show that the data-driven dynamic management mechanism can systematically optimize the construction quality and resource efficiency, and provide a reusable technical framework for the whole process collaboration of ultra-high-rise buildings.关键词
