Study on the Supply Chain Management Optimization and Cost Control in the Construction of Building Projects
摘要
Abstract
Currently,the supply chain management optimization and cost control in the construction of building projects have become the focus of current project construction.However,how to reduce the costs of construction projects and to improve the effectiveness of supply chain management optimization has become a current research focus.A new method integrating supply chain operation reference model and earned value method is proposed in this paper.The new method can control and analyze the costs construction projects through the earned value method while using the supply chain operation reference model to optimize supply chain management.The research results indicate that the new method can achieve supply chain management and find the project operating costs far exceeding the budget costs.Finally,by analyzing the results,the engineering construction is optimized and analyzed to reduce project costs.This has good research value for optimizing the supply chain management and reducing construction costs of building projects.关键词
