摘要

Abstract

In view of the lack of energy supply flexibility and high carbon emissions of the thermoelectric system in the"Three North"region due to the thermoelectric coupling constraints during the heating season,this pa-per considers the output characteristics of the thermoelectric plant containing carbon capture equipment and heat storage devices,taking the power storage,hydrogen storage and flexible load as the generalized energy storage,as well as considers the energy time-shift characteristics of the generalized energy storage,and propo-ses an operation scheme that uses the generalized energy storage to coordinate with the carbon capture thermoe-lectric plant to promote the system to achieve low carbon economy.The output model of thermal power plant with carbon capture and heat storage device is built,and the mechanism of realizing low-carbon operation by combining thermal power plant with generalized energy storage is analyzed,and the mathematical model of each unit in generalized energy storage is established.Based on the uncertainty of the wind-photovoltaic,the K-means method is used to cluster the typical output scenarios of the wind-photovoltaic,and the optimization model is built with the lowest total cost as the optimization objective,taking into account the operation cost of the thermal power plant,the penalty for abandoning the wind-photovoltaic,the operation cost of the general-ized energy storage,and the carbon transaction cost.In the Matlab environment,we call the ipopt solver to solve,and verify that the proposed scheme has good economy and low carbon.
