CCF/PC丝材制备与性能研究
Research on preparation and properties of CCF/PC filaments

Abstract
Continuous carbon fiber(CCF)reinforced composite materials have excellent properties such as light weight and high strength,and have broad application prospects in the shipbuilding industry when combined with 3D printing technology.Among them,filament preparation is a key technology that urgently needs to be solved at present.Using orthogonal experimental method,the interaction between the process parameters of filament material preparation is considered with resin feed rate(A),heating temperature of outer wrapping structural components(B)and winding speed(C)as the research factors.According to the orthogonal experimental table,the preparation experiment of continuous carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate(CCF/PC)filaments is conducted with the unit diameter and tensile strength performance of continuous carbon fiber filaments as the measurement indicators.Through range analysis and variance analysis,the optimal process parameter combination for achieving the best overall performance of CCF/PC filaments is determined:resin feed rate(A)is 3 gear,heating temperature of outer wrapping structural components(B)is 270 ℃,and winding speed(C)is 150 mm/min.The unit diameter of the filament prepared under the optimal process parameters is 0.594 mm,and the maximum tensile strength is 451.07 MPa.The research results can provide a theoretical foundation for the application of continuous carbon fiber reinforced composite materials in the shipbuilding industry.关键词
