摘要

Abstract

Amidst the intersection of technological revolution and evolving urban development paradigms,the concept of"synchronized planning and construction of digital and real cities"was analyzed through the practices of digital twin city construction in Xiong'an New Area.Based on the construction requirements of urban new infrastructure,facility space provision,digital space foundation and intelligent application sce-narios,as well as the stage evolutionary characteristics of mapping,self-learning,and intelligentization and the development priorities of each stage,the intrinsic logic of constructing a digital twin city through virtual-real integration was summarized.A dual-dimensional model integrating technological and demand fac-tors across both virtual and physical spatial dimensions was proposed.From the three internal driving forces of intelligent infrastructure,data systems,and core platforms,and the three external driving forces of techno-logical advancement,policy support,and ecosystem cultivation,the way in which Xiong'an New Area cre-ated a suitable overall environment for the development of a digital twin city was described.Finally,it is pros-pected that breakthroughs can be achieved in key technology improvement and independent controllability,data sharing and security,cross-domain collaborative governance model innovation,etc.,to promote the con-struction and development of the digital twin city.
