BFGCC加固锈蚀RC梁抗弯刚度试验研究
Experimental research on bending stiffness of corroded RC beams strengthened with BFGCC

Abstract
Through the bending behavior experiment of corroded reinforced concrete(RC)beams strengthened with basalt fiber reinforced polymer(BFRP)grid-reinforced engineered cementitious composite(ECC)(BFGCC),the effects of different reinforcement ratios,longitudinal reinforcement corrosion ratios and BFRP grid reinforcement amounts on the bending stiffness and mid-span deflection of corroded RC beams strengthened with BFGCC are studied.The results show that the use of BFGCC can effectively improve the crack distribution pattern,enhance the bending stiffness and reduce the mid-span deflection of corroded RC beams.The influence on bending stiffness is mainly concentrated in the post cracking stage of concrete,especially after the longitudinal reinforcement yielding,the degree of improvement in bending stiffness is significant,and the promotion in magnitude increases with the increase of BFRP grid reinforcement amounts.Based on theoretical analysis,a calculation formula for the bending stiffness of corroded RC beams strengthened with BFGCC is established,and the formula is verified by the mid-span deflection during normal use stage.The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental values,providing a reference for the calculation of bending stiffness of corroded RC beams strengthened with BFGCC.关键词
