拉伸速率对高强Q690钢高温强度影响的试验研究
Experimental study on the effect of tensile rate on high temperature strength of high-strength Q690 steel

Abstract
With the application of high-strength steel,exploring the strength of high-strength steel at high tem-peratures is the basis for structural fire resistance design.In order to investigate the influence of different ten-sile rates on the strength measurement results of high-strength Q690 steel,high temperature tensile tests were conducted on Q690 steel at three tensile rates of 0.001,0.02,and 0.2 min-1.The stress-strain curves and strengths of the steel at high temperatures were obtained and compared with existing test results.Different high-strength steels have different reduction coefficients for their mechanical properties at high temperatures.The recommended reduction coefficients for mechanical properties in current standards are not suitable for pre-dicting the strength of high-strength Q960 steel at high temperatures.Based on experimental data,prediction formulae for the strength reduction coefficients of Q690 steel at high temperatures were fitted.The results show that when the temperature is below 400℃,the yield strength and tensile strength of Q690 steel can main-tain more than 80%of those at room temperature.When the temperature is below 500℃,the effect of tensile rate on strength is relatively small.When the temperature is above 500℃,the strength measured at higher ten-sile rates is higher,and the effect of different tensile rates can reach 15%.All specimens experienced signifi-cant necking before fracture,demonstrating good ductility.关键词
