基于人力资源规划视角对中国高校青年人才引育的若干思考

Abstract
Young talents in colleges and universities are an important part of the national strategic talent force,and are the key support for China's high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-reliance.In-depth understanding of the history and achievements of the introduction and cultivation of young talents in colleges and universities in China,as well as the needs and problems of young talents in the process of growth,is of practical significance to give full play to their creativity and enthusiasm.Based on the perspective of human resource planning,this paper combs through the development history and achievements of the introduction and cultivation of young talents in universities in China,summarises the problems therein,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and reflections from the top-level design of disciplines,classification and evaluation,cultivation system and safeguard system in accordance with the growth characteristics,development needs and development dilemmas of young talents in universities.关键词
