Abstract

The increasingly frequent occurrence of extreme events highlights the necessity and urgency of resilience enhancement of integrated energy systems.Currently,the resilience enhancement of integrated energy systems usually focuses on the planning or operation dispatch stage,and proposes corresponding solutions.As the two core sectors that support and complement each other in the implementation process of the integrated energy system,if the resilience concept can be implemented throughout the planning and operation dispatch process,through multi-sector coordination,the overall resilience enhancement may be achieved at a lower cost.In this paper,the ideas and methods for enhancing the resilience of integrated energy systems are examined from both system planning and operation dispatch viewpoints.On one hand,the research results on enhancing the resilience of integrated energy systems during the planning phase have been comprehensively reviewed from four aspects:equipment redundancy configuration,multi-energy integration,multi-region interaction,and cross-system coupling.On the other hand,resilience enhancement strategies for the operation dispatch phase of integrated energy systems are analyzed from three dimensions,namely,pre-disaster defense,disaster response,and post-disaster recovery.Finally,based on the current trend of energy transformation,taking cross-border integration as the basic concept,while employing both physical and data-driven methods,the resilience of integrated energy systems can be enhanced through planning and operation coordination.
