摘要

Abstract

This paper takes Modern Industrial College of Food Quality and Safety as the research object,exploring the establishment of a professional group centered on food quality and safety,quality management engineering,and linked with other disciplines such as business administration,mechanical manufacturing,and automation,based on the talent demand in the food industry chain.The paper discusses improving the collaborative operation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,integrating education,industry,and park,forming a practice-oriented teaching system that blends engineering and management disciplines.The development of school-enterprise cooperative courses,enrichment of educational resources,and innovation in teaching methods are also explored.The goal is to build a teaching team with solid teaching abilities,strong engineering practice capabilities,and strong industry service capacities.Moreover,a multi-subject collaborative management system and a multidimensional performance evaluation system are established to cultivate high-quality,applied,interdisciplinary,and innovative talents that meet the needs of the high-quality development of the food industry.This research provides a replicable and promotable path for local universities to build industrial colleges and explore multi-subject collaborative talent cultivation models.
