Self Powered Flexible Flow Rate Sensing System
摘要
Abstract
The self-powered flexible flow rate sensing system can achieve real-time monitoring of flow rate and provide users with real-time flow rate information through Bluetooth communication.A fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer(FEP)-based flexible flow ve-locity sensor is designed and fabricated by using polyimide(PI)as the insulating substrate and FEP as the friction layer,which has the advantages of simple manufacturing process and low cost.The flow rate sensing performance of the sensor in deionized water and artifi-cial plasma is characterized,and the results show a linear relationship between the sensor output and flow rate within a certain flow rate range(50 mL/min-400 mL/min).When multiple pipes are connected in parallel with impedance matched(10 MΩ),the output power can be increased.The output power of the sensor is also visualized.This sensor is expected to be applied in related fields such as pipe-line flow velocity measurement and blood flow velocity measurement.关键词
