高稳定性脉冲发生器驱动下的磁传感器测试电路设计与研究
The Design and Study of Magnetic Sensor Testing Circuit Driven by High Stability Pulse Generator

Abstract
The demand for improving the stability and monitoring capability of power systems has made the study of magnetic sensor test circuits particularly urgent.To address this challenge,the design of the magnetic sensor test circuit is propelled by a high-stability pulse generator.Based on the structure of the high-stability pulse generator,the application principles within the internal sensors of a novel ir-radiation damage detection system are investigated.By adopting integrated and modular design principles,the detection signal is inte-grated with ADC,and the pulse is integrated to describe the internal conditions of the sensor circuit.The high-precision internal test cir-cuit is validated through long-term measurements and reproducibility tests,demonstrating its capability to verify the collected high-sta-bility reference pulses.Furthermore,with a reference integrated voltage of 0.171 V and a relative accuracy exceeding 5×10-5,the circuit is shown to be able to provide accurate,stable,and reproducible measurement results,thereby enhancing the precision and reliability of measurements.关键词
