摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of low power consumption,low cost,high reliability and strong adaptability in the develop-ment of industrial code readers,a new design scheme of industrial code reader system based on domestic ARM processor is proposed.The scheme focuses on the overall functional architecture and hardware circuit design of the new industrial code reader system,intro-duces the main modules of the system software,barcode recognition algorithm and related important function design.The test results show that the industrial reader system designed by this scheme has lower power consumption,specifically 3.5 W.It has strong environ-mental adaptability and reliability,and the overall structure is small,which can meet the use of most industrial scenarios.
