湄公河地区安全态势与中国参与治理的路径探析
The Dynamics of Mekong Regional Security and China's Participation in Governance

Abstract
Amid profound realignment of global power structures and intensifying geopolitical rivalries,the Mekong region has emerged as a geo-strategic pivot in Eurasia,experiencing transformative security dynamics.In the realm of traditional security,protracted political turbulence in Myanmar exemplifies deepening sovereign governance crisis.Within non-traditional domains,multidimensional threats such as climate change,cross-border terrorism and human trafficking are driving a paradigm shift toward a co-evolutionary governance model in regional security management.However,escalating weaponization of regional mechanisms,the securitization of transboundary hydropolitics,and spillover effects of Myanmar's governance impasse have created compounding complexities in the region.Crucially,bidirectional linkage between Mekong security and the South China Sea tensions is amplifying systemic risks.Emerging variables including the spillover effects of major-power competition,the digital technological revolution,Myanmar's state fragility,and the resurgence of populism are collectively reshaping the region's security architecture.As a key stakeholder,China must forge a comprehensive strategy:adapting global governance initiatives to local contexts to optimize policy coherence;innovating a tiered supply of security public goods to meet differentiated needs;leveraging economic corridor development to create synergies between security and development;upgrading functional cooperation framework to shape endogenous norm-setting;and elevating governance quality through the Lancang-Mekong Community of a Shared Future.China's engagement should transcend conventional roles,positioning itself as a conveyor of governance philosophies,an architect of regional institutions,and a value-oriented leader in regional agenda-setting.关键词
