摘要

Abstract

For exploring the on-site hand-over acceptance and mechanical defect detection methods suitable for UHV GIL equipment,in this paper the AC withstand voltage test,insulation performance assessment test and par-tial discharge test before operation during the hand-over acceptance of the traditional GIL equipment are improved,and the combination with vibration detection method is adopted.On this basis,a comprehensive test and mechanical defect detection and analysis platform for GIL is developed,and the delivery test data,historical operation data,con-ventional test data and improved handover test data for multi-source and multi-parameter analysis are integrated.It solves the problem that traditional method cannot identify the minor mechanical defects of GIL equipment,and en-ables operation and maintenance personnel to master comprehensively the state of GIL equipment.Field application examples show that the platform can effectively improve the efficiency and standardization of the on-site handover and acceptance of ultra-high voltage GIL equipment,reduce the risk of mechanical damage to GIL,and thus realize accurate operation and maintenance of the equipment.
