中青年转移性甲状腺癌患者的养育忧虑现状及影响因素
Current status of parenting concerns in young and middle-aged patients with metastatic thyroid cancer and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of parenting concerns in young and middle-aged patients with metastatic thyroid cancer,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 227 young and middle-aged patients with metastatic thyroid cancer were selected as the research subjects.Investigation was performed by using the general information questionnaire,Parenting Concerns Questionnaire(PCQ),Fear of Progression Questionnaire Short Form(FoP-Q-SF),Comprehensive Scores for Financial Toxicity Based on the Patient-Reported Outcome Measures(COST-PROM)scale,and Family Adaptation,Partnership,Growth,Affection,Resolve Index(APGAR)scale.Results The total PCQ score of young and middle-aged patients with metastatic thyroid cancer was 37.88±10.94.There was statistically significant differences in PCQ total score between patients with different genders,educational levels,marital statuses,number of minor children,and conditions of concomitant chronic disease(P<0.05).The total PCQ score of young and middle-aged patients with metastatic thyroid cancer positively correlated with the total FoP-Q-SF score while negatively correlating with the total COST-PROM scale score and total APGAR scale score(P<0.05).Gender,number of minor children,level of fear of disease progression,financial toxicity level,and family function were the influencing factors for parenting concerns in young and middle-aged patients with metastatic thyroid cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The parenting concerns of young and middle-aged patients with metastatic thyroid cancer are at a moderate level,with gender,number of minor children,level of fear of disease progression,financial toxicity level,and family function being influencing factors.关键词
