Abstract
In recent years,the research on application of non SF6 gas technology for high-voltage switchgear has de-veloped rapidly and the engineering application experience has also obtained.Especially,C4-FN(C3F7CN,perfluo-robutyl acrylategas,C4-FN in short)gas mixture has excellent comprehensive performance and has become the most promising environmentally friendly insulation alternative gas to SF6.Based on the research and development of gas insulated metal enclosed high-voltage switchgear,in this paper the insulation performance,interruption perfor-mance and safety performance of C4-FN gas mixture are studied and summarized.The key issues of C4-FN gas mix-ture technology in GIS circuit breaker development,such as short-circuit current interruption ability,C4-FN gas loss during interruption,moisture sensitivity and long-term stability,are summarized.The environmental protection,safe-ty&health of C4-FN gas mixture applications are analyzed.Moreover,the environmental protection,healthy and safety in the application of the gas mixture are analyzed.At the same time,the development,application,and opera-tion as well as maintenance in high-voltage switchgear are introduced.The research results can provide reference for the development of environmental friendly GIS at higher voltage levels.关键词
