Abstract
According to the adverse effects of wind power fluctuation on the power grid and the capacity allocation of hybrid energy storage system(HESS),it proposes a optimizing strategy of HESS based on the dual-channel adaptive moving-average model.First-ly,the unbalance power is pretreated by moving-average method,and the fluctuation of grid-connected reference power is changed by changing the sliding step size of moving average method.Secondly,the reference power of HESS is decomposed and reconstructed by the approach of empirical mode decomposition(EMD),which eliminates the overlaps of high frequency and low frequency powers in the process of energy reconstruction.The process made the energy storage unit an accurate response according to its own frequency characteristics.Finally,a bi-objective particle swarm optimization is used to establish an optimization model with the cost and grid-connected power fluctuations as the objective functions,and a single evaluation criterion is established by setting the objective weights.A numerical example shows that the volatility decreases by 0.06%and the cost decreases by 29.51%compared with the conventional meth-od under the single evaluation criterion.The results of numerical examples verify the reliability and superiority of the proposed method.关键词
