摘要

Abstract

To explore the impact of the combination of biochar and biological nitrification inhibitor on the ammonia volatilization and nitrous oxide emission in soil,an indoor soil incubation experiment was carried out.Wheat straw biochar(J),wheat straw combined with 2.5% syringic acid(JD1),and wheat straw combined with 5% syringic acid(JD2)were selected as the experimental materials to study the influence of the combination on the emissions of N2O and NH2 from the soil.The results showed that compared with the control and the single application of 1% wheat straw biochar,the average N2O emission flux of the combined treatment JD2 significantly decreased by 30.21% and 24.72%,and the average NH0 volatilization rate decreased by 31.40% and 14.61%.Treatment JD2 significantly reduced the cumulative N2O emissions by 30.20% and 23.15%,and significantly reduced the cumulative NH0 volatilization by 35.90% and 16.67%.Treatment JD2 significantly decreased the average soil NO3-—N content by 23.61% and 30.99%,and decreased the average soil NH4+-N content by 23.17% and 12.55%.In conclusion,the application of wheat straw biochar combined with the biological nitrification inhibitor syringic acid in tomato soil has a significant effect on reducing N2O and NH2 emissions and fixing nitrogen.It provides an important basis for reducing the risks of N2O emissions and NH2 volatilization in vegetable fields and improving nitrogen utilization efficiency.
