氮添加对华北落叶松凋落物生态化学计量特征的影响
The effect of nitrogen addition on the litter ecological stoichiometry in a Larix principis-rupprechtii plantation

Abstract
Litter is the central link of nutrient transfer in forest ecosystems,and it is important to study the effect of nitrogen deposition on litter nutrients.In this study,the chemical properties of carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus,lignin and cellulose of litter in the undecomposed layer(L layer)and decomposed layer(F layer)were measured by multi-gradient N addition experiments(0,5,10,20,40,80 and 160 kg/hm2·yr)to analyze the effects of N addition on the decomposition of litter in Larix principis-rupprechtii plantations.The results showed that:1)The N of liters content in the L layer showed an increasing trend with the increase of N addition,with the highest N content in the 80 kg/(hm2·yr)treatment,which increased by 16.19%compared with that of the control;2)The lignin content of liters in the L and F layers showed a decreasing and then increasing trend with the increase of N addition,while the cellulose content in both layers did not show any regular change;3)N/P in L of lifers layer litter showed an increasing trend with increasing N addition,and lignin/N in both layers showed a decreasing and then increasing trend;4)The results of redundancy analysis showed that the total explanation rate of environmental variables on the chemical composition and stoichiometric ratio of of liters the L layer was 77.98%,among which soil sucrase activity and soil polyphenol oxidase activity were the most important influencing factors;The total explanation rate of environmental variables on the chemical composition and stoichiometric ratio of liter in the F layer was 76.02%,among which soil cellulase activity and effective phosphorus were the most important influencing factors.The results revealed the effects of N addition on the chemical composition of litter in different layers of Larix principis-rupprechtii,which can provide a reference for the study of the response of litter nutrient cycling process to N addition.关键词
