植物生长调节剂对截叶铁扫帚超嫩梢扦插生根的影响
Effects of plant growth regulators on rooting of super young cuttings of Lespedeza cuneata

Abstract
The rooting mechanism of Lespedeza cuneata cutting propagation was analyzed from the physiological and biochemical aspects.In this study,the non-lignified young shoots on the top of Lespedeza cuneata cutting were used as materials to determine the contents of nutrients,oxidase activities and endogenous hormones in the rooting process of broomstick cutting under different plant growth regulators and different concentrations.The results showed that the rooting type was callus rooting.After dipping with 1 500 mg/L NAA for 5 s,the rooting rate reached 100%,the average root length was 9.46 cm,and the average root number was 2.36,which was the best cutting treatment.The contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein showed a trend of"decreasing before increasing"during callus and adventitious root formation.After 1 500 mg/L NAA treatment,the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein were 24.50% higher than those of CK.The change trend of POD content and IAAO content was the same during the rooting process,showing an"up-and-down"trend.After treatment with plant growth regulators,the content of PPO in experimental group was always higher than that of CK.The contents of GA and ZR showed a trend of"decreasing-rising-decreasing".IAA,IAA/ABA and IAA/ZR showed the same trend of"decreasing before increasing".After treatment with plant growth regulators,the content of IAA,IAA/ABA and IAA/ZR in three experimental groups was always higher than that of CK.The results showed that the application of plant growth regulator increased the content of nutrients in cuttings,enhanced the activities of POD,PPO and IAAO enzymes,promoted the accumulation of IAA,IAA/ABA,IAA/ZR,and inhibited the synthesis of ABA,ZR and GA.It is beneficial to the rooting of cuttings,and provides scientific basis for the cuttings breeding.关键词
