Simulation and experimental study on cavitation nozzle of irregular center body
摘要
Abstract
To explore the cavitation effect and jet-cleaning ability of different nozzle structure types,an irregular center body cavitation nozzle was designed.The cavitation process and gas phase distribution of the nozzle were simulated using numerical simulations.The size parameters were optimized using the gas content and nozzle outlet velocity as evaluation criteria.The impact force of the efflux in the outflow field was calculated to optimize the tar-get distance.The simulation results are consistent with the change law of the impact force when the cavitation jet experiment is performed.The irregular center body nozzle has more advantages in the range of cavitation gas column and jet impact force than the double-chamber self-excited oscillation nozzles reported in the literature.In addition,the optimal target distance is longer,making it more suitable for practical engineering cleaning.This study provides a reference for designing cavitation nozzles for subsequent cleaning.关键词
