聚氨酯新型立管固定夹具的设计与计算分析
Design and computational analysis of a new clamp with polyurethane material for risers
摘要
Abstract
In response to the high cost,installation difficulties,and low efficiency of the riser fixing systems,this paper designs a new clamp with polyurethane composite material for risers based on the design requirements of oil and gas pipelines in offshore platforms.Finite element simulation calculation and empirical calculation are also used in the material mechanical characterization of the clamp,strength analysis of the clamp with polyurethane composite material,strength analysis of polyurethane clamp containing steel strips,installation dynamics and in situ analysis of risers and clamps,and verification of bolt sliding and contact on fixtures.The calculation results show that the material selection and design scheme of the fixture meet the design requirements,but there is still room for optimi-zation of the material and structural strength.Moreover,the mechanical properties of the fixture reinforced by the steel belt are more excellent.In further designs,strengthening only at connection points can be considered to im-prove their load-bearing capacity and material utilization.关键词
