Abstract
In response to the problems of the new imaging system for the 5m S-SAR satellite pay-load,low maturity of key components in high-power links,prominent risks in the localization and maiden flight of core power devices,and serious overlapping development stages due to the short development cycle,a comprehensive risk source analysis and identification of the entire process and all elements of the satellite development process are conducted.The satellite risk items and risk levels are determined through comprehensive evaluation based on the severity and likelihood of risk consequences,with a focus on high risk.Risk control measures for large aperture struc-ture reflectors,solid-state active feeding networks and dual polarization radiation units are pro-posed from three dimensions:design,production process control,and experimental verification.Risk management practices have been carried out during the satellite development process to en-sure the successful in orbit application of the satellite.关键词
